Do I need a car to reach Casa Ronda?<\/strong><\/p>

Yes, Casa Ronda is located outside the center of Javea (10 min.). To reach this location transportation is required. Public transportation is not available. Javea does not have a train station. We recommend renting a car in advance from companies with local offices to avoid unpleasant problems. We have our own car Toyota City Verso (automatic – air conditioning – GPS – year 2022) with 7 seats that we offer for rent from Alicante airport. If you are interested in this, please contact us (booking@casaronda.be<\/strong><\/a>).<\/p>

Do the accommodations have bed and bath linens?<\/strong><\/p>

Each bedroom has a comforter and pillows with linen bedding.<\/p>

Each bathroom has plenty of towels (large and small).<\/p>

Is there a hair dryer in the bathroom?<\/strong><\/p>

Each bathroom (4 in the Villa and 1 in the Guesthouse) has a hair dryer.<\/p>

Is there a bathtub in the bathroom(s)?<\/strong><\/p>

No, but each bathroom has a spacious shower.<\/p>

How many toilets are there in Casa Ronda?<\/strong><\/p>

In the Villa there are 4 toilets and in the Guesthouse there is one toilet.<\/p>

What appliances does the kitchen have?<\/strong><\/p>

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances (see below) as well as dishes, glassware, place settings, pots and pans, kitchen towels,…<\/p>

Present appliances:<\/p>

Induction hobs, oven, refrigerator (as well as extra refrigerator with freezer in pantry), freezer, dishwasher, steam oven, microwave, coffee machine with beans (in guesthouse a nespresso coffee machine), electric juicer, toaster, water warmer, ice cube maker, airfryer.<\/p>

Is there a washing machine?<\/strong><\/p>

There is a washing machine, dryer and iron and ironing board in the utility room.<\/p>

Is WiFi available?<\/strong><\/p>

There is WiFi everywhere with amplifiers on each floor (including Guesthouse).<\/p>

Is there a safe?<\/strong><\/p>

Yes, the property has a tethered wall safe with individualizable code.<\/p>

Is there a TV?<\/strong><\/p>

There is a flat-screen smart TV (48 inches), on which you can stream Netflix and Streamz, among other things.<\/p>

Is there a speaker for music?<\/strong><\/p>

There is a portable SONOS speaker that works on both Bluetooth and WiFi.<\/p>

Is there garden furniture?<\/strong><\/p>

At the pool there are 8 sunbeds, 4 beach chairs, umbrellas, large dining table. There is also a dining table on the covered terrace by the kitchen. Scattered around the property are several more cozy benches. There is an outdoor kitchen with large gas barbecue.<\/p>

Is there a swimming pool?<\/strong><\/p>

Yes, there is a heated swimming pool of 8×4 meters. In mid-season, the water can be heated with a heat pump. The pool has a cover. The pool is not fenced so it is not suitable for young children.<\/p>

Is there an outdoor shower?<\/strong><\/p>

Yes, there is an outdoor shower at the pool.<\/p>

Are there beach towels?<\/strong><\/p>

Large beach towels are provided.<\/p>

Is there a barbecue?<\/strong><\/p>

Yes, there is an outdoor kitchen with a gas barbecue for 12 people.<\/p>

Are there any stores nearby?<\/strong><\/p>

In the close vicinity (about 2 km) there is a bakery and a supermarket for daily groceries. Larger department stores can be found about 10 minutes away by car.<\/p>

Are there any restaurants nearby?<\/strong><\/p>

Some restaurants are accessible on foot but for most restaurants you have to drive about 10 to 15 minutes. There is a very wide choice! Our preferred list is on site.<\/p>

Are there any sports facilities nearby?<\/strong><\/p>

There is a tennis and padel club 1.5 km away that you can walk to via quiet streets. This complex has 6 tennis courts and 3 padel courts. In the center of Javea there is a larger tennis club. Javea also has a golf club (5 km). On the beaches you can rent kayaks, paddle boards, jet skis or diving equipment.<\/p>

Are there hiking trails?<\/strong><\/p>

There are very many hiking trails in the area and especially in the Montgo Natural Park.<\/p>

Where can I park my car?<\/strong><\/p>

In the garage there is space for 1 car, the other cars can park easily in the very close vicinity of the house.<\/p>

Is there a waste collection?<\/strong><\/p>

No, in Spain waste is not collected but you have to bring it yourself. However, there are more than enough points where you can go. On the domain Balcon al Mar itself there is a “point Verd” (1 km) as well as when driving outside the domain. There you will see several waste containers because waste is sorted! Grey containers for residual waste, green for glass, yellow for pmd, blue for paper and brown\/orange for organic waste.<\/p>

Are there cribs or high chairs?<\/strong><\/p>

No, due to the many stairs in and around the accommodation, Casa Ronda is not suitable for young children. The bunk beds for children (4 beds) have a raised edge.<\/p>

Is Casa Ronda wheelchair accessible?<\/strong><\/p>

No, because Casa Ronda is built on a mountainside, there are many stairs in and around the accommodation.<\/p>

Is Casa Ronda suitable for young children and\/or elderly people?<\/strong><\/p>

No, because Casa Ronda is built on a mountainside there are many stairs in and around the house.<\/p>

If we book an accommodation, will we be the only guests present at the property?<\/strong><\/p>

Yes, you’re the only guests on the property, no matter which accommodation you’ve booked. There is a weekly maintenance of the pool and garden.
